‘As an independent financial adviser Lonsdale Services has a responsibility to provide the most appropriate independent financial advice to our wealth management and benefit clients, at an acceptable fee base that is agreed before we offer independent financial advice. Corporate social responsibility is an important part of the Lonsdale Services culture. We are committed to offering our clients the best possible independent financial advice and client service. We always look after our client’s best financial interests and treat our clients fairly. How we interact and treat our employees, clients and the local community is important to us.’

Employer

Lonsdale Services operates a team based culture. We are an equal opportunities employer. Over 50% of our colleagues are female, and independent financial adviser Deb Nolan manages our Leeds / Bradford office. Our 12 independent financial advisers work in different offices across the United Kingdom but we meet up bi-monthly for investment policy meetings where we also discuss client service. All our independent financial advisers have qualified with the Diploma in Financial Planning. Many of our independent financial advisers are now studying for the chartered financial planner exams.

Our Client Charter

By working closely with our clients to provide a personalised financial planning solution and offering exceptional client service Lonsdale Services has built long-term relationships with most of the companies and individuals we work with.

Community

We offer free financial planning seminars on pension planning and estate planning in several locations. These free seminars are open to everyone and advertised locally.

Simon Armstrong one of our St Albans independent financial advisers who works in our St Albans financial planning team currently gives up a day a month to provide pro bono (no charge) generic financial advice to clients referred by the Citizens Advice Bureau in Luton.

We have worked with charities on a reduced fee basis to provide the independent financial advice they require.

We offer a variety of free financial planning literature on our website, this includes retirement brochures and cash-flow modelling information.
