Jack Richards and Son appointed Lonsdale Benefit Consultants to manage their auto enrolment pension provision after being informed that they would not be supported by their existing provider.

When Richard Porter (IFA Lonsdale Services Ltd) reviewed Jack Richards and Son’s pension provision he found they were operating two group Standard Life pension schemes. He recommended they amalgamate both pensions into a new group pension scheme for all staff. He negotiated improved staff terms and better online access for employees.

With a traditional four weekly payroll plus different pay schemes amongst the drivers - assessing the workforce was always going to be complicated.
