Mark is a member of the Personal Financial Society and is qualified to offer financial planning advice having achieved industry qualifications to Diploma level. In addition, Mark has the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate in Pensions (G60) and Taxation and Trusts (G10) which support him in providing complex pension advice and inheritance tax planning.

Career & Education

Mark joined the financial services industry over twenty five years ago after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Economics from Newcastle University. He spent much of his career working for Clerical Medical and Scottish Widows, where he held a several senior management position, in both organisations working alongside Independent Financial Adviser businesses before re-training as a financial adviser himself.

Mark works in our Chippenham office, but offers financial advice across the south-west in Wiltshire, Somerset, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucester, and Berkshire. Mark has long standing customers in Chippenham, Bristol, Bath, Taunton, Exeter, Weston super Mare, Swindon, Gloucester, and Wales. Mark works with local solicitors and accountants to offer joined up legal, financial and tax advice.

A Little
About Mark

Mark is married to Jo, and they have three daughters. Mark played rugby for many years and is now a coach. He enjoys being outdoors cycling, running, and walking the dog. Over the years Mark has raised funds for Childrens Hospice Southwest by running Alpine Marathons. He has recently learned to swim, so is not ruling out a Triathlon at some point!
