611 of our wealth management clients would recommend their Lonsdale IFA

We have recently improved our website by adding an ‘Our Clients’ page which includes Lonsdale Benefit Consultant testimonials and the customer satisfaction results of our Lonsdale Wealth Management clients.

Views of the service clients received from their independent financial adviser

When asked: ‘Based on the level of service I have received from my adviser, I am happy to recommend him/her in the future to someone I know.’ 100% of our wealth management clients who answered this question would recommend their Independent Lonsdale Financial Adviser, 74% of the respondents answered ‘strongly agree’ and 26% said ‘agree.’

The questionnaire results summarise the views of clients that completed our client questionnaire between January 2010 and April 2016. Any clients that were sent a survey but did not respond are omitted from the results. 

Our clients complete a client questionnaire when an independent Lonsdale Financial Adviser first provides financial advice. Existing clients complete the questionnaire when they purchase a new product.
