Introducing Zoe Ward our new Technical Administrator in Stafford

Zoe Ward joins Neil and Shelley Homer in the Stafford financial planning team.

At Lonsdale Wealth Management, Zoe Ward is responsible for supporting the financial advice provided by Neil Homer and ensuring clients continue to receive an ongoing high level of customer service.

Zoe has worked in financial services for over 20 years providing high quality support to financial advice practices in the Midlands. Zoe began her career as a personal assistant where she undertook general office administration duties before progressing to a technical administrator role.

Prior to joining Lonsdale Wealth Management’s Stafford financial planning team, Zoe worked as a paraplanner where she provided technical assistance to a leading IFA practice servicing clients with sophisticated financial planning needs.

Neil Homer, independent financial adviser, Stafford said:

‘We are delighted Zoe is working with us in our office at Dunston Business village.  Zoe has previously worked as a paraplanner assisting financial advisers and will now spend most of her time supporting Shelley and I to provide our clients with the best possible service.  Zoe is currently working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning and studying for these financial planning exams will really help her in her day to day role.’

Zoe Ward, technical administrator, Stafford said:

‘I recently started working in the Lonsdale Wealth Management Stafford financial planning team.  I enjoy working in a small team and assisting Neil and Shelley with the financial planning.  I have already spoken to several clients and met a few in person. I am looking forward to introducing myself to our other clients soon.’
