Lonsdale Services Client Satisfaction Figures - 30/6/18
Each year we ask our clients to provide feedback on the service we offer by asking them a range of questions in our client satisfaction survey. These questionnaire results summarise the views of 911 clients who completed all or part of our client questionnaire between January 2010 and 30 June 2018. Any clients that were sent a survey but did not respond to it are omitted from the results below.
We asked our clients a variety of questions to ascertain their views on our service.
When we asked - ‘Based on the level of service I have received from my adviser, I am happy to recommend him/her in the future to someone I know’ - 100% of clients who responded strongly agreed or agreed with the statement.

‘At Lonsdale Services our ethos is to always provide our clients with the best possible service. Most of our financial advisers have extensive experience in the financial services industry and have provided independent financial advice within their local community for many years. The results of the client satisfaction questionnaire that you can view on the Our Clients section of the Lonsdale Services website show that our financial advisers have developed very good relationships with their local client base. We introduced a Client Charter that outlines our commitment to clients. Corporate Social Responsibility is also an important part of our culture as we always look to treat our clients fairly and put their financial interests first. The way we interact and treat our employees, clients and the local community is important to us.’

In 2017 we won the RPA Outstanding Customer Care award.’
