Lonsdale Wealth Management announce partnership with Alzheimers Society

Lonsdale Wealth Management is to become a corporate partner of Alzheimer’s Society. Lonsdale will be the first Hertfordshire financial adviser to become a corporate partner.

Mussara Gray, Community Fundraiser for Alzheimer’s Society said:

‘I am delighted that Lonsdale Wealth Management has become a corporate partner and I look forward to working alongside them.’

In 2015/16, for every £1 Alzheimer’s Society received, 89p was spent directly on improving the lives of people with dementia. The other 11p went towards generating future income.  Alzheimer’s Society are the only UK charity investing in research into dementia care, cause, cure and prevention.

Allan Ross, independent financial adviser Ware and member of the Ware financial planning team became a Dementia Friend in May 2017.  Allan is championing the Dementia cause within Lonsdale Wealth Management. Read Allan Ross - Independent financial adviser qualifies as a Dementia Friend 

Simon Hawker, Managing Director and independent financial adviser St Albans said:

‘We have nominated Alzheimer’s Society as our charity of choice for 2017.  Allan Ross, member of the Ware financial planning team and Mandy Morgan, Bookkeeper and Administrator in St Albans are working with colleagues to raise awareness of Dementia internally.  Some of our clients are affected by Dementia and some of my Lonsdale colleagues have experienced Dementia first-hand within their own family. You will notice the Dementia collecting tins in each of our offices and we hope to soon issue details of a fundraising event that you can sponsor.’
