Lonsdale Wealth Management sponsor Watford Grassroots Football

Lonsdale Wealth Management are delighted to announce a two year sponsorship of Watford Grassroots Football. The Watford Grassroots League has provided Grassroots Football for children in Hertfordshire and Middlesex for many years. Their aim is to promote friendly football for all children of all ages and gender.

According to the website, Grassroots Football is football for all. ‘FIFA's grassroots football programme targets boys and girls aged 6-12 years through school, community and club initiatives. The key concept of the programme is to bring together as many people as possible through football.’

Richard Porter, independent financial adviser and member of the St Albans financial planning team said:

‘Sponsoring the local Watford Grassroots football is an extension of our local involvement in youth football, as we have sponsored St Albans ‘Central’ City Youth Team for the last two seasons by supporting the boys with their football and buying new team kits.  It’s great to be able to promote football locally, and encourage children to get involved.  Football is such a great game and a good way to keep fit and active.’
