Lonsdale Services Client Satisfaction Figures - 30/4/17

We recently updated our client satisfaction figures to 30th April 2017.  The questionnaire summarises the views of 736 clients who completed all or part of our client questionnaire between January 2010 and 30 April 2017. Any clients that were sent a survey but did not respond to our survey are omitted from the results below.

When our clients were asked ‘Based on the level of service I have received from my adviser, I am happy to recommend him/her in the future to someone I know’ 100% of clients strongly agreed or agreed.  

Simon Hawker, Managing Director and independent financial adviser and member of the St Albans financial planning team said:
