Simon Prestcote recognised by CISI as a Chartered Wealth Manager

Simon Prestcote became a Chartered Wealth Manager in January 2015. The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) award this designation to ‘senior members in the retail sector at the pinnacle of their profession’.  Chartered status is ‘the mark of an up to date, experienced and qualified financial industry professional.’ (Source: CISI website).

Simon has over 26 years of experience assisting clients understand and achieve their financial goals. For 12 years he worked for one of the largest UK Wealth Managers, before moving to Edward Jones, one of the world’s largest private client investment advisers and stockbrokers, where he built a successful wealth management business over nine years. When Edward Jones sold their UK business the majority of Simon’s clients followed him to Lonsdale Services and this allowed him to build the business he has today.

Simon said: ‘I am delighted to be recognised for all my years of working in the financial services industry. It has been rewarding to develop a good business and to build so many great client relationships. It is also very satisfying at my age to get more letters after my name!’
