Nicole joined Lonsdale Services as an Administrator in January 2022, but now works closely with our Consumer Champion to ensure we offer excellent customer service. Her role is varied and includes organising diaries, updating customer information, extracting data, maintaining compliance records, drafting reports, and emailing customer newsletters.

Nicole has worked in the financial services industry for many years. She worked for an accountancy firm based in Golders Green for over thirteen years, before being made redundant in 2021.
