We recently updated the ‘Our Clients’ section of the Lonsdale Services website with our client satisfaction survey returns to 30th September 2017.   We have been monitoring client satisfaction since January 2010, to date we have received 793 completed client survey returns.  Any client that was sent a survey but did not return it is omitted from the results below.

When asked the question ‘Based on the level of service I have received from my adviser, I am happy to recommend him/her in the future to someone I know.’ Of our clients who returned the questionnaire and responded to the question – 77% strongly agreed and 23% agreed.

When asked the question ‘I feel that my adviser listens and is fully aware of my financial needs / objectives before making any recommendation(s).' Of our clients who returned the questionnaire and responded to the question – over 99% strongly agreed or agreed. Clients that disagreed were less than 1%.

When asked the question ‘The level and type of service I receive is what I was led to believe.’ Of our clients who returned the questionnaire and responded to the question – 70% strongly agreed and 30% agreed.
